PARADISE KEYS was founded by Chloé and Florent, a passionate couple, as a prestigious concierge service based in Mauritius. A family business, we make it a point of honor to cultivate trust and professionalism at the heart of our relationships.

Chloe, originally from Mauritius, and Florent, originally from France, both underwent specialist training before launching their own concierge service. As seasoned property investors, they are experts in short-term rentals and are happy to share their expertise and experience in this field.

Chloé has an in-depth knowledge of the Mauritian rental market and knows her island like the back of her hand. Faced with a personal need for concierge services for her own properties located in Mauritius, she had the idea to create a tailor-made, reliable and high-quality service, meeting the highest expectations of her clients. With her certifications in Home Staging and Interior Design, she transforms each holiday location into a true haven of peace where every detail is carefully thought out.

Florent, a specialist in IT and multimedia, is the creator of the PARADISE KEYS website. His in-depth understanding of the needs of investors and tenants reinforces the quality and relevance of the services offered by PARADISE KEYS.
